They scored a massive total of 344/4, the highest ever in T20 international cricket. The team hit a record-breaking 27 sixes and 30 fours during their innings. They also set a new record for the most runs from boundaries in a T20I match. Zimbabwe’s run-rate of 17.20 was the highest ever in a completed T20 innings. Sikandar Raza played a key role in this historic performance, scoring an unbeaten 133 off just 43 balls. Gambia was bowled out for 54 runs, resulting in a record-breaking 290-run victory for Zimbabwe. This victory margin also set a new record for the largest win by runs in T20 internationals.
