Triumph has introduced the new Tiger 800 model globally, set to replace the Tiger 850 Sport. It will soon be launched in India as well. The Tiger 800 will compete with Suzuki V-Strom 800 DE and Honda Transalp XL750. Some design elements are borrowed from the Tiger Sport 660, such as the LED headlamp and fuel tank. The seat may be a bit high for shorter riders, but a low seat option may be available in India. The bike features adjustable windscreen, riding modes, cruise control, and a connectivity system. The engine is a 798 cc inline three-cylinder with 113 bhp power and 84 Nm torque.
