The Shiv Sena (UBT) announced its first list of 65 candidates for the Maharashtra assembly elections, with most MLAs who stayed with Uddhav Thackeray after the 2022 split being renominated. Aaditya Thackeray will be contesting from Mumbai’s Worli constituency. The party’s faction also included Yuva Sena leader Varun Sardesai and Kedar Dighe in other key seats. However, there was a mistake in the list according to party leader Sanjay Raut, which will be rectified soon. Stay tuned for more updates on the upcoming elections in Maharashtra.
