Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut and Maharashtra Congress chief Nana Patole have announced that the Maha Vikas Aghadi has reached a consensus on 210 out of 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra. They both accused the Bharatiya Janata Party of spreading misinformation ahead of the November 20 polls. Raut emphasized the goal of defeating corrupt forces in the state, while Patole highlighted ongoing discussions within the MVA. Both leaders dismissed rumors of the Shiv Sena leaving the alliance and emphasized the unity of opposition parties in working towards victory in the upcoming elections. They criticized the BJP’s track record on issues like farmer suicides and unemployment.
