Two young individuals were arrested for using a drone to capture footage of the Mattancherry Synagogue, which is a restricted area for drones. The police stated that drones can only be used in such areas with special permission and following DGCA guidelines. Failure to do so is considered a punishable offense. The individuals arrested are Unnikrishnan, 48, from Kakkanad and Jithin Rajendran, 34, from Kizhakkambalam.
