Mustafa Yusufali Gom, a humble and generous member of the Dawoodi Bohra community in Mumbai, has been recognized for his selfless social work. As the secretary of a community kitchen, he has been providing nutritious meals to Bohra community members and supporting women in pursuing their hobbies and skills. During the pandemic, he extended his efforts to provide food and ration packets to the hungry, earning praise from the BMC and police. Gom’s dedication to helping those in need has been acknowledged by various dignitaries, including Maharashtra Governor C. P. Radhakrishnan and Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel. He has also received the International Buddha Peace Award for his contributions to promoting peace and social progress.
