The court has directed a government-appointed committee to submit a report on measures to prevent such incidents in the future. It is also seeking updates from government bodies on steps taken to ensure safety in coaching centers. The court aims to prevent similar incidents in the National Capital Region and across India. The investigation into the deaths has been transferred to the CBI to ensure transparency.
