Union minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar detained for protesting with Group-1 job aspirants in Hyderabad | Hyderabad News



Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar was detained by police after staging a protest in solidarity with aspirants of TSPSC Group 1 services demanding the postponement of exams. The aspirants had been protesting for four days, and tensions escalated when police used force to disperse them. Sanjay joined the protesters and attempted to march towards the Secretariat, despite police resistance. The situation became tense as BJP cadre and BRS leaders also joined the rally, leading to clashes and slogans being exchanged. Sanjay was eventually taken into custody by police as the protesters marched towards the Secretariat.
