A three-day international phytotechnology conference is set to take place at Calicut University starting on October 22. The conference will focus on using plants to tackle environmental challenges and ensure food safety. Organized by the university’s Botany department and the International Phytotechnology Society, the event will be inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor P. Raveendran. Approximately 200 delegates, including scientists from around the world, are expected to participate in the conference.
