Delhi High Court: Delhi High Court Orders Completion of Three Stalled Government Hospitals by Year-End |



The Delhi High Court has identified three upcoming government hospitals that are almost complete but construction has stalled. The court emphasized that delaying these projects could lead to wasted expenditure and directed the Delhi government to finish construction within the current financial year. The court also instructed the government to create necessary posts for these hospitals within 15 days. Additionally, the court asked the government to provide plans for completing other hospital projects that are partially complete. The court initiated this case in 2017 to address the lack of critical care in government hospitals and is monitoring the progress closely.
