Daughter of woman missing since Hurricane Helene searches for closure: “It’s hard to truly grieve”



Nearly three weeks after Hurricane Helene struck, officials are still searching for dozens of missing individuals in the Southeast. The storm has caused at least 244 deaths, with many in North Carolina. Jessica Meidinger’s mother is among the missing, and the difficult terrain has hindered search efforts.
