Khasab readies to welcome winter tourists

Musandam is gearing up to welcome visitors for the winter season from November 2024 to April 2025. The governorate is known for its unique archaeological, tourist, and natural attractions that attract visitors from around the world. Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities such as marine and land sports, adventure tourism, mountain climbing, exploring caves, and relaxing on beaches. The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism reported that the previous winter season saw 68,243 tourists, with 21,972 visiting historical attractions. There is collaboration between the Ministry and other entities to promote the governorate’s natural tourism potential and showcase its rich history through castles and forts. Musandam has 10 hotel establishments across different wilayats to accommodate visitors.
