The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is offering office spaces for lease at the Safdarjung railway station in New Delhi. The building is located in a prime area within the city and is well-connected to different parts of Delhi. The office spaces available for lease are on the first and second floors, totaling 8,871 sqm. They come with multi-layered security, 100% power backup, and environmentally friendly features. The lease period is 60 years, with a reserve price of Rs 153.1 crore for the first floor and Rs 162.97 crore for the second floor. Interested parties can submit bids for these premium office spaces.
