The Russian forces have reportedly taken control of the village of Mykhailivka in eastern Ukraine as they advance towards the logistics hub of Pokrovsk. The Ukrainian military claims to have repelled numerous Russian assaults in the area, including near Mykhailivka. The capture of Mykhailivka has not been independently confirmed by Reuters.
