Delhi Police Captures Notorious Contract Killer After 11-Year Hunt for 2013 Murder |

After a long 11-year search, Delhi Police finally arrested one of the contract killers involved in the 2013 murder of Jitender Lamba in Tilak Nagar. The murder stemmed from a property dispute between Lamba and his brother, Rajesh Singh Lamba. The arrested man, Raju Banarsi, was found hiding in a forest on the Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand border. He was part of a gang hired by Rajesh to kill his brother, for which they were paid Rs 10 lakh. Banarsi provided weapons to his associates and helped them escape after the crime. Thanks to the diligent work of Police Constable Naveen, Banarsi was finally caught after tracking his relative’s mobile number. During questioning, Banarsi admitted to his involvement in the crime for monetary gain.
