A senior official from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) arrived at Tiruchi International Airport to investigate an Air India Express flight that had to make an emergency landing due to hydraulic failure. The official will examine the aircraft, review conversations between the pilot and Air Traffic Control, and speak to the flight engineers and pilot to determine the cause of the incident. An alternative flight was arranged for the passengers, with some opting for a change of date or cancellation. The District Collector also interacted with passengers and recorded details of the incident.
