The recent Haryana Assembly elections saw Congress losing to BJP, contrary to predictions. Former Congress MP D.K. Suresh attributed the defeat to overconfidence and arrogance. He emphasized that overconfidence is not good and cited the Haryana results as a clear example. However, he expressed confidence in the INDIA alliance forming the next government in Jammu and Kashmir. Suresh dismissed claims linking the Haryana loss to the MUDA case and ruled out a CM change in Karnataka. He advised BJP to continue living in their ‘delusional world’ and stated that the caste census matter will be discussed in the state cabinet.
