Civil services aspirant’s decomposed body found in Delhi

A civil services aspirant, Deepak Kumar Meena, was found dead hanging from a tree in a forest area in Delhi. He had been missing for several days and it is suspected that he took his own life. Meena had come to Delhi to prepare for the UPSC exam and had last spoken to his family on September 10. His body was discovered near the coaching institute where he attended classes.
