The company’s MD and CEO, Santosh Iyer, believes that a unified app could significantly improve the EV ownership experience and boost the adoption rate of electric vehicles in the country. He highlighted the need for a simplified and integrated approach to electric vehicle charging infrastructure to make it more user-friendly. By streamlining payment gateways and aggregating charge point operators, Iyer believes that the government can encourage more consumers to transition to electric vehicles. The goal is to create a seamless platform for payments and charging services to make EV ownership more accessible and appealing to customers.
