The government of Thiruvananthapuram has launched an initiative called ‘Anubhavam’ to focus on improving the happiness and well-being of agricultural beneficiaries. This program involves collecting feedback from visitors to krishi bhavans through a combination of formal and informal methods. A unique QR code will be displayed at each krishi bhavan for visitors to scan and rate their experience. Additionally, a call center will facilitate surprise calls from top officials, including the agriculture minister, to gather honest feedback. The goal is to use this feedback to make data-driven policy decisions and tailor agricultural programs to the needs of different regions and demographics. Anubhavam aims to create a two-way communication channel between beneficiaries and government authorities to improve program efficacy and build trust. Ultimately, the government plans to expand this concept to assess the quality of visitor experiences in agricultural tourism.
