A man from Bihar named Santosh Kumar was arrested by the Rachakonda police for selling ganja chocolates in Hyderabad. He was caught with 3.8 kgs of ganja chocolates in his possession. Santosh, a migrant laborer, saw a demand for ganja among his co-workers and decided to start selling ganja chocolates. He purchased the chocolates from his hometown and sold them for Rs 30 each in Hyderabad. The police tracked him down and arrested him at Adibatla.
