GujRERA: GujRERA Implements Daily Fines for Delayed QPR Submissions to Boost Compliance | Ahmedabad News

The Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (GujRERA) is planning to make it easier for real estate developers to submit their quarterly progress reports (QPR). Currently, developers have to file the QPR within seven days of the quarter’s end, or face penalties and delays in the unlocking process. The new rules will implement daily penalties for late submissions, aiming to improve compliance and transparency for homebuyers. Additionally, the requirement for certifications will be simplified, and a streamlined QPR form will be introduced to save developers time. These changes are expected to make the submission process smoother and more efficient for everyone involved.
