Pakistan’s Affan Salman made history by winning the World Youth Scrabble Championship for the fifth time, setting a new record. The 16-year-old emerged as the champion in Sri Lanka after winning 19 out of 23 games. Pakistan is the first country to achieve this many victories in the championship, with 138 players from around the world participating in the event. The tournament, open to players under 18, has been held in various countries including Malaysia, Australia, Dubai, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and the United Kingdom.
